Under Berry family, ownership terrain has been increased by over 44%, snowmaking increased over 85%, grooming fleet replaced, upgraded and lengthened Rangeley Chair, added a ½ mile long quad chairlift and beginner kids’ area, and replaced the Kennebago T-bar with a quad lift. Saddleback Village hosts ski/in-ski/out condominiums in Rock Pond, Mountain Brook and South Branch. Base lodge services include: Saddleback Express Food Court, Swig N’ Smelt Pub, Rental and Retail Shop, Ski and Ride School, Real Estate Office, nursery, lockers, arcade and ATM.
